Your images
NoUpload does not upload, receive, transmit, process on a server, or store your images. All conversion, compression and resizing is performed locally by your web browser. The files you select are read from your device into the memory of the browser tab and discarded when you close or reload it. We have no technical means of accessing them, because they are never sent to us.
Folder access
If you use “open a folder” or “save into a folder”, your browser asks your permission and then grants this page access to that folder alone, for that session only. The contents are read and written entirely on your device. Nothing about the folder, its name or its contents is transmitted, and the permission ends when you close the tab.
Personal data we collect
None through the file tools themselves. There is no account system, login, contact form, newsletter or third-party analytics. If you choose an email link, your email provider sends the message in the ordinary way; the file tools do not attach or transmit the files you processed.
Third-party requests
No third-party script, font, image, analytics client or advertisement is loaded. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this domain. Every tool page carries a Content-Security-Policy that forbids it from opening a network connection. External links contact another site only after you choose to leave this one.
Local storage
The site remembers one thing in your browser’s local storage: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device and clearing your browser data removes it.
Server logs
The site is served by a static hosting provider which, like every web server, records the technical details of each request — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and abuse prevention. These logs are held briefly by the host under its own policy and are not used to build a profile of you. This rests on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Since we hold no personal data about you beyond transient server logs, in practice there is normally nothing to access or erase, but you are welcome to ask.
Children
The site is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
